Missing Housewife Sharon Natukunda Found in Wakiso

Sharon Natukunda, a 29-year-old housewife who was reported missing from her matrimonial home in Kigowa 1, Bukoto Two Parish, Nakawa Division, Kampala, has been found safe.

According to police reports, Natukunda disappeared from her home on December 16, 2024, prompting her parents to report her missing at Ntinda Police Station.

Investigations led to her being located in Kabaga-Kayanga Village, Kitezi Parish, Kasangati Division, Wakiso District, where she had been renting accommodation.

During an interview with the police, Natukunda revealed that her disappearance was driven by domestic violence allegedly inflicted by her husband. She has since been taken to a hospital for medical attention.

Police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the case and have reiterated the importance of addressing domestic violence issues promptly to prevent similar situations.
